  1. Basic Maintenance Service:
    Our qualified Coast Spa technician will:
    • Visit your location during the first and the third week of each month.
    • Physically check your Spa and its equipment.
    • Balance your Spa chemicals.
    • Record your spa chemical inventories each teach visit.
    • Replace your dirty filter with your clean filter (we will professionally clean your filters, you must have two filters for this service).
  2. Full Maintenance Service:
    Our qualified Coast Spa technician will:
    • Visit your location once a week.
    • Physically check your spa and it's equipment.
    • Balance your spa's chemicals.
    • Record your chemical inventories each visit.
    • Replace your dirty filter with your clean filter (we will professionally clean your filters, you must have two filters for this service).
    • Rinse, Drain, Clean, Fill and Balance your spa once every three months.
  3. Custom Maintenance Service:
    Our qualified Coast Spa technician will:
    • Visit your location at your best convenience (once a month or every two months, etc).
    • Physically check your Spa and its equipment.
    • Balance your Spa chemicals.
    • Record your spa chemical inventories each visit.
    • Replace your dirty filter with your clean filter (we will professionally clean your filters, you must have two filters for this service).
  4. Spa School:
    • Our knowledgeable staff will assist you with any questions that you might have about your Coast Spas performance, dimensions, installation, water balance of your chemicals and maintenance, at no charge.
  5. Water Testing:
    • Coast Spas would like to remind you that we have a Water Lab in our store and we offer FREE water testing and analysis of your spas water.
    • Just bring us a water sample and we will offer you an analysis our recommendations within 10 minutes or if you are not able to wait, we could email or fax our recommendations to you based on the results we received from the water sample.
